Diego and Alonso and team were amazing. We lost our kitchen and first floor to a water leak from our dishwasher. After dry out, Diego was masterful in preparing the report for our home insurer to maximize our coverage to help with our unplanned renovation. The vendors they use had a large inventory to choose from and matched our tastes. Move-in, move-out, cleaning, and any unexpected events were seamlessly managed by Diego. They finished exactly on time and would have finished perhaps a week early if it weren't for a damaged appliance that was delivered and needed return and replacement (supplier's fault, not Majac's). Surprises were minimal (but should be expected) and as Diego would say, "we don't have problems, only solutions." Love it! During construction, both of our next door neighbors, unsolicited and separately volunteered compliments to us that the Majac team were both quiet and clean. Diego and the Majac team made what would could have been a nightmare flood experience a renovation project where we ultimately enjoyed the process...and especially the result!
We had a slab leak that required most of our downstairs to be re done. Our water remediation team recommended Majac. We are so glad they did. We had a very positive experience with Mike and his team. He worked his "magic" with our insurance company. We were compensated for everything we deserved without the stress of fighting the insurance company. If they trust your contractors, you will have a better outcome. One thing I must mention. Mike always returns your calls. They do what they say and say what they mean. Integrity is a big part of the process. Thanks again to Mike, Diego and Alonzo for a job very well done. We appreciate you all!
Mike came out quickly and handled a claim through my insurance for me. He hired all the subcontractors and saw the project through to completion. Unfortunately he used Cory Bowen at Emergency Home Solutions for the dry out and demo. His staff did not communicate at all. I hope Mike no longer uses EHS in Lake Forest.
Mike did wonderful work, and helped me maximize my insurance benefits. He didn't let the insurance stone roll me into using lesser quality products than were damaged.

It is a shame there is a limit of 5 stars as that may not convey how fantastic my experience was with Majac. Every aspect of the work done including the work done, interactions with the team and communication with Diego, my stellar project manager, could not have been better.
A water leak required significant repairs including removing counters and cabinets. I met with Diego while the water damage mitigation work was being completed and he worked with me throughout the entire project. His help and guidance was invaluable ranging from an accurate detailed estimate of the work, suggestions and referrals for materials, liaising with the fabulous team who did the work and answering many texts and calls covering all aspects of the job.
Diego and the team leader for the construction listened well to what I was looking for and created a design that met everything on my wish list resulting in my dream kitchen.
The team was also outstanding. They were exceptionally reliable and timely never missing a day they were scheduled to be here. Their work was extremely well done and did not require a "punch list" or any reworking - truly outstanding. The team also ensured the work was not intrusive to the rest of my home and helped set up appliances so they could be used throughout the project. Although above and beyond to me and not something I have experienced on previous renovations, the team cleaned the work and staging areas daily. They were an absolute pleasure to have in my home.
I will absolutely work with Majac again - looking forward to it!

We had a leak on a faucet connected to the kitchen plumbing. It ended up damaging our cabinets and flooring which lead to a complete kitchen remodel and floor replacement.
They rebuilt our entire first floor hardwood and kitchen cabinets, counter top, and backsplash. They redid our fireplace as well so the backsplash matches. They also helped out with a few improvements I requested on the first floor!
They made sure insurance was honest and not marking down materials as cheaper than the original. For example, insurance tried to claim my original counter top was vinyl when it was quartz.
This whole process took roughly 1.5 months

We had a pipe leak between our living room and bathroom wall, with damage to the floor in the living room. After the remediation and we repaired, MAJAC took over the restoration and did a superb job. Diego was always responsive and ready with information; he and all the workers were friendly and, more importantly, were very hard workers. The new floors were put in and all the wall were repainted, with new baseboard put in. We were very impressed by the quality of the work done and the pleasantness of everyone concerned. I'm happy to recommend them.
Mike and his team are very responsible, knowledgeable, skillful, professional and friendly.We had a water leak damage in our kitchen. The Majac Restoration team repaired all the damage on the walls and ceiling. They installed our new kitchen cabinets. They did an excellent job and made our kitchen looks like a new house's kitchen.
