When my inside water heater leaked and damaged my laminate floor and carpet back in February of 2013, Mike came out and assessed the damages. This was my first time going through any restoration on my home and Mike assisted me in the process with what I needed to do as well as the responsibility of my insurance company. What a relief it was for Mike to be in my corner.
I can honestly say that some of the things Mike told me would happen in this process actually did…. Amazing.
